The Shakespeare Nickel Mine: is located 70 km west of Sudbury, Ontario. The Company declared commercial production during the year ended January 31, 2011 and the mine was in production for nine months of the year. During the nine months of production ending January 31, 2011, the Company delivered 166,913 tonnes of ore to the Strathcona Mill for processing.
Contained metals in the delivered ore for the nine production months ended January 31, 2011, totalled approximately 1,314,000 pounds of nickel, 1,499,000 pounds of copper, 92,204 pounds of cobalt and 1,900 ounces of platinum, 2,100 ounces of palladium, 1,100 ounces of gold and 12,100 ounces of silver. The recovered and contained metals are subject to smelter recoveries and to further smelter deductions.
Shining Tree Nickel Project: The Shining Tree Property is located in Fawcett Township, 110 km north of Sudbury, Ontario and consists of 39 staked mining claims covering an area of approximately 1,600 acres.
Porter-Baldwin Property: (including the Porter Option) - URSA Major's 100%-owned Porter-Baldwin property (formerly referred to as the Agnew Lake property) now comprises over 947 claim units (37,880 acres) that cover a 15 km strike length extending from the Shakespeare deposit towards the Sudbury intrusive complex.
Nickel Offsets Option: URSA Major has an option agreement with United Reef Limited ("United Reef")(TSX-V:URP) whereby URSA Major can earn a 70% interest in United Reef's 100% owned Nickel Offsets property, located 40 km northwest of Sudbury, Ontario.
Fox Mountain Property: URSA Major owns exploration properties located 70 km north of Thunder Bay, Ontario that target intrusions similar to Magma Metals Limited's platinum-palladium discovery at Current Lake, north of Thunder Bay.

| NETPRO/Mine™ is a Netcad® module in which all the stages of ore body modeling and mine planning can be performed. It provides tools for data input, 3D visualization and digitization, digital terrain model (DTM) construction, geological solid modeling, block modeling, classical and geostatistical resource and reserve estimation, mine design and planning.

| GPS, GPS Tracking & Recording is the application that gives GPS support to Netcad. Thus, you can make navigation, GPS-supported digitization with your existing maps. It incorporates the ATS module that ensures positions and movements of land, air and sea vehicles on the globe to be monitored on maps in a computer environment. This function is performed by transferring the data, obtained by using GPS technology from satellite, to the system via GSM.
