We treat all projects as strictly confidential and Clients can be rest assured about the security of their information provided to us in the course of the project.

All confidential information (data, specifications, manuals, financial information and any other information disclosed or submitted orally, in writing, or any other means) will remain secure with MINALCON. Such information will not be shared with third parties except to the extent necessary for execution of the project.

Our associates have networking connections that have been checked for proper fire-wall protection. Hardware network access at CD-ROM level is monitored and a control system is in place to ensure that information is not removed by personnel either through data copied in CD, photocopy or original documents.

All hardcopy information (data, drawings, specifications, client remarks) is available to the authorised personnel under strict supervision and is secured at all other times. At the completion of the project, all such information can either be returned to the Clients or destroyed by us on their behalf under intimation.
